A COURT hearing has taken place for a man charged with four counts of sexual assault.
Graham Radbone, of Whimbrel Way, Banbury, appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (August 6) charged with four counts of sexual assault on a female.
The 66-year-old is accused of intentionally touching a woman when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe she was consenting on November 20, 2020.
The woman cannot be named for legal reasons.

Radbone appeared in court for his first hearing.
However, the case has now been adjourned and sent to Oxford Crown Court.
He is now due in court on September 5 for a trial and preparation hearing.
If guilty, he could be facing a prison sentence.
