JACK BARRATT, 22, of Revival Street, Walsall, pleaded guilty to drug driving on February 15 this year on the A34, Oxford. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

DAVID CHAMBERS, 59, of Marlborough Place, Charlbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the A34 on May 31 this year with 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 120 days and was made subject to electronic monitoring. There was also five rehabilitation activity days. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

MELDIN ADELEYE, 30, of Chapman Road, Croydon, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the M40 Southbound between junctions 8A and 4 on February 18 this year. They were disqualified from driving for 24 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

BARTOSZ PRZYBYLOWICZ, 32, of Linacre Close, Didcot, pleaded guilty to breaching a harassment order on June 21 at Grove by attending an address he was prohibited from attending due to a court order put in place at Oxford Crown Court on June 28, 2022. He was given a community order to complete nine months of treatment with Turning Point and he was made subject to electronic monitoring. He will also need to complete 14 days of rehabilitation activity. There were court costs of £85.

CONSTANTIN BALANESCU, 24, of Grove Green Road, London, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop. On July 4 this year, he stole cleaning products and food to the value of £58 from a Sainsbury’s store in Oxford Road, Kidlington. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

DAYLE PHILLIPS, 44, of Ploughley Road, Ambrosden, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the A4074 in Nuneham Courtney on October 31 last year as well as driving without disqualified. He was given a 12-week prison sentence, suspended for 24 months. He was also ordered to complete six month of mental health treatment, there were also 15 rehabilitation activity days ordered. Phillips was also disqualified from driving for 48 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.
