CHARGES have been brought against a man accused of filling up his car with fuel and not paying on four different occasions.
Steven Jones, of Appleford Drive, Abingdon, has been charged with four counts of making off without payment.

The 37-year-old is accused of filling up his vehicle and making off without paying.
It is alleged that on April 30 at a Shell Garage in Chesterton, he stole £50.34 of fuel, on May 1 at Filleysbrooks Garage in Staffordshire, he stole £40.45 of fuel, on the same he reportedly stole £74.09 of fuel from Blurton Road Service Station in Stoke-On-Trent, and allegedly on May 7 he stole £76.08 from the same store.
The driver is due to appear at North Staffordshire Justice Centre tomorrow.
