A car was seized by police in Oxfordshire after officers caught the owner driving without a number plate.
The incident happened on Friday in Long Harborough with officers finding that the silver Vauxhall also did not have any tax since January of last year.
After halting the car and reporting the driver, the vehicle was seized.
Thames Valley Police posted a tongue-in-cheek message on social media with a photo of the offending car included.

A spokesperson for the force said: “We recommend that if driving on the road, you have plates on.
“Otherwise you'll likely gain our attention like this car in Long Harborough.
“This vehicle did not have any tax since January this year.
“PC Uren and PC Akers seized this vehicle and the driver has been reported.”
