A DRIVER has been ordered to pay over £700 after being caught speeding 13mph over the speed limit.
Stanciu Ciprian, of Red Poll Close, Banbury, was caught on January 14 this year speeding on the A594 Tigers Way northbound, near Leicester.
The 27-year-old was caught on an automatic speed camera driving at 43mph in a 30mph speed limit zone.

He appeared at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on July 31 charged with speeding and pleaded guilty to the offences.
Ciprian was fined £440 and had four penalty points added to his driving record. There were also court costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £176.
The total amount he will need to pay is £726 by the end of August.
