Thames Valley Police is renewing its appeal for a missing 35-year-old man from Oxford

Police are appealing for the public's help in finding William, whose surname has not been disclosed, who was last seen at 10.30am yesterday (Thursday, August 1).

The force said he is described as being "6ft tall, with dark brown hair and a beard, thin build" and was last seen carrying a dark denim blue rucksack.

In a statement Thames Valley Police said: "Any potential sightings of William are valuable to us.

"We are specifically seeking any Dashcam footage or CCTV within the Gidley Way area of Horspath after the hours of 11am yesterday (August 1).

"We are still very concerned for his welfare and are calling on the local community to help us locate him.

"If you believe you have seen William or have any information or footage that can assist us, then please call 999 quoting the incident reference, 1002 of yesterday’s date."
