The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

RYAN MCLAUGHLAN, 35, of no fixed abode, indicated guilty to two counts of failing to comply with the sex offenders register between June 19 and July 10 this year but failing to attend a police station on four different dates to tell them he was of no fixed abode. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay court costs of £85.
DARIUS STANCIU, 35, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, was found guilty of drug driving in Glyndebourne Gardens, Banbury on August 3 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £450. There were court costs of £1,000 and a victim surcharge of £180.
NICKSON NANAYAKKARA-KUMAR, 37, of Bartle Avenue, London, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the A34 near Weston-On-The-Green on February 1 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
REECE FELTON, 24, OF Normandy Crescent, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the Eastern Bypass Road on January 31 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £80. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £32.
KAYTHAM ALANI, 21, of Bristol Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug in Bicester, namely a quantity of cannabis, on May 10 this year. He was fined £80 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
BENJAMIN LEWIS, 22, of School Lane, Middleton Stoney, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating of a woman in Bicester on December 2 last year. He was given a community order to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and was fined £415. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
JESSE SAY, 45, of Greenlands Road, Bath, pleaded guilty to failing to give information of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required to do so in Banbury on October 23 last year. They were fined £660 and had six penalty points added to their driving record. There were court costs of £250.
STEVEN JONES, 37, of Appleford Drive, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on July 25. He was jailed for 28 days, suspended for 12 months. There was also a victim surcharge of £154.
