POLICE are growing increasingly concerned about a missing 35-year-old man from Oxford.
Officers are appealing for help from the community in locating William, who has been reported missing from the Horspath area of Oxford.
He was seen at 10.30am today (Thursday, August 1).

The force state he has been described as being '6ft tall, with dark brown hair and a beard, thin build' and was last seen carrying a dark denim blue rucksack.
In a statement released on Facebook, Thames Valley Police said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
"If you see William, believe you may have sighted him today or have information that may help us, please call 999 quoting incident reference 1002 of todays date."
