An elderly man has had his car, wallet, keys and phone stolen in a robbery that left him in hospital with a slash to the arm.
While on Whitehouse Road in Oxford the man in his 80s was approached by two men believed to be in their early 20s between 8.30pm and 9pm on Friday, July 26.
After the incident, the man was taken to hospital for treatment of a laceration to the arm but has since been discharged.

Thames Valley Police has since warned there will be an increase in police patrols in the area.
The first offender is described by the force as a white man in his mid-20s, approximately 6ft tall and of a muscular build, with black medium-length hair.
Officers described the second offender as also a white man, in his mid-20s and of a smaller build, with brown hair.
Investigating officer Detective Sargent Phil Leach said: “We are appealing for witnesses following this robbery incident and we are conducting a thorough investigation to find the perpetrators.
“Whilst the investigation continues, an increase in police patrols around this area have been put in place.
“If anybody has any images or footage from a video doorbell or CCTV cameras from the area, I would ask you to please check them and contact us if you have captured anything that may assist this investigation.”
