A Banbury resident who has lost three cats to car accidents in as many years has pleaded with the public to "please help if you can" after her current pet was also involved in a collision on the road.
Twelve-month-old Biscuit suffered a broken back leg and diaphragmatic hernia after being hit by a car, and his owner is now fundraising to save his life.
His treatment is expected to cost around £4,000, but his insurance only covers £3,000.
His owner has said they "can’t lose him too" and has set up a GoFundMe page to help to cover the costs.
Biscuit has a "good chance of recovery" if he receives surgery, according to his owner, who has so far received £133 towards the target of £900.
