A SENTENCING is due to take place for a man who admitted causing grievous bodily harm to another person in Thame.
Andrew Freeman, of North Weston, Thame, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (August 1) for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
He was charged with two counts, one of Section 18 – grievous bodily harm with intent and one of wounding/inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.

The 58-year-old pleaded guilty to the letter. The Crown Prosecution Service accepted this plea and a formal ‘not guilty verdict’ was entered into the court documents for the former count.
Freeman will now be sentenced for the offence which took place in Thame on December 11, 2020.
He will be sentenced in eight weeks with a date still to be set.
