A 41-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court charged with causing grievous bodily harm towards another man in Banbury.
Roy Manock, of Howard Road, Banbury, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (August 1) charged with causing grievously bodily harm with intent.
It is alleged that on July 3 this year, he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Stefan Saunders in Banbury.

Manock, who appeared in the dock, denied the offence and a trial date was set.
It has been put into the warned list, meaning it can be called at any point over two weeks from the listed date, for February 3 next year.
It is expected to last two to three days. Manock has been granted bail until this time.
