A TRIAL has been set for a man accused of sexually abusing a nine-year-old girl by allegedly licking her bare feet and kissing her.
James Cole, 27, of Churchill Road, Great Yarmouth, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (September 1) charged with seven counts of sexual activity with a child.
It is alleged that the offences took place in the late 2000s in Witney when Cole was under the age of 18.

The complainant, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was aged nine at the time.

Cole appeared in the dock and denied all seven offences.
It was heard he allegedly put his tongue in her mouth and groped her.
A trial has been set for August 15 next year and is expected to last five days.
