TWO men have appeared in court charged with threatening each other.
Bill Mobey, 25, and Kyran McCarthy, 21, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Thursday (August 1) charged with one count of affray.
They appeared at the higher court for a plea and trial preparation hearing.

Mobey, of Marsden Close, Banbury, pleaded guilty on a basis of plea.
McCarthy, of Balmoral Avenue, Banbury, denied the offence.

They are accused of threatening unlawful violence towards each other on August 23 last year.
A trial date has now been set for McCarthy and it is expected to last two to three days.
It has been placed in the warned listed for February 3 next year.
Mobey will not be sentenced until the trial has been completed.
