JAN KACZOROWSKI, 31, of Little Moss Lane, Manchester, indicated guilty to two counts of possession of a Class B drug on July 21, 2022 – namely CMC2 and cannabis – as well as one count of possession of a Class A drug – namely MDMA. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

DANIEL NAYLOR, 31, of Glanville Drive, Houghton Le Spring, Sunderland, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the M40 near Banbury on June 30 this year with 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete 120 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 28 months, reduced by 28 weeks for a course. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

COURTNEY LINDSAY-SCOTT, 33, of The Sidings, Wallingford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Didcot on June 29 this year with 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JI FORTE, 38, of Wilson Road, Reading, pleaded guilty to being in charge of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in Newbury Road, East Hendred on July 1 with 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He also pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on the same day. He was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £150. Ten penalty points were added to his driving record. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.

PETER WALLINGTON, 31, of Port Hill Road, Benson, pleaded guilty to driving in Mereland Road, Didcot on July 2 without third party insurance and without a valid driving licence. He was fined £100 and had six penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £40.

CALLUM FOLEY, 39, of Bradstocks Way, Sutton Courtenay, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage after damaging a television to the value of £350 belonging to someone else on October 28 last year in Wantage. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 120 days and complete 30 days of a specified programme. There were also five days of rehabilitation activity and he was made subject to a curfew. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
