The sails of a windmill close to the Oxfordshire border were turned at the weekend.
The process, which occurs monthly at Brill Windmill, was performed at midday on Sunday (July 28).
The sails are turned at midday on the last Sunday of each month and the windmill is then open to the public in the afternoon from 12.30pm-3.30pm.
The mill's sails were turned in April to mark its official opening for the year following major repair work on its sails and braking system last year.
The Brill Society, which manages and maintains the windmill, created a schedule to keep the sails in good condition.
With a scenic location at the top of a hill, the mill dates from 1680 and is owned by Brill Parish Council, while management, maintenance and public opening are overseen by the society.
To go inside the windmill, which is open from Easter to the end of September, it costs £5 for adults but children are admitted free of charge.
