A pop-up boutique has returned to Bicester for the fourth year running as it continues to support women find jobs.
The Bicester Collection has re-opened the DO GOOD boutique in support of Smart Works.
Smart Works is a charity that helps unemployed women to find a job by providing them with access to a wide-ranging wardrobe to create and keep an interview outfit that they feel and look confident in.
From July 29 to August 25, the pop-up at Bicester Village will feature a collection of new designer women's clothing, jewellery, shoes and bags.
Items from brands such as Frame, Varley, ALIGNE and Dear Frances will be on sale, with preloved and vintage pieces from British and French fashion houses.
Wardrobe donations from style trendsetters like Jess Diner, Emma Rose Thatcher and Ebony Francis will also be available.
A bonus for this year's attendees is the opportunity to witness the impact of their purchases.
All sales from the DO GOOD outlet will be channelled towards aiding women in achieving their potential.
Clients of the Smart Works service also receive interview coaching and the 63 per cent of women who secure jobs can return to Smart Works to assemble a wardrobe for their first month in their new role.

Smart Works has supported more than 35,000 women in securing employment and, since its partnership with DO GOOD was launched, the service has spread throughout the UK.
The previous pop-ups raised more than £375,000, allowing Smart Works to open new centres across the country, including its latest outlet in Croydon.
The service is delivered in 11 centres across London, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Newcastle, Reading and Leeds, and also offers virtual appointments to women outside of these areas.
