AN inquest has opened into the death of a woman who was found unresponsive by her family members.
Isabelle Hibberd, 71, was found at her home address in Hook Norton, Banbury on July 14 this year.
A doctor verified her death at 5.37pm that day after she could not be resuscitated by the attending ambulance.

An inquest opening at Oxford Coroner’s Court on Friday (July 26) heard that a post-mortem examination was carried out.
Her medical cause of death has been provided as asphyxiation and aspiration of food as well as other previous health issues such as a stroke.
A date for a full inquest to take place into her death has been scheduled for November 21 at 10am.
