AN inquest opening has taken place after the death of a 39-year-old woman in Abingdon.
Sarah Gibbs was found dead at her home address in Reade Avenue, Abingdon on June 3 this year.
Paramedics verified her death at 8.09pm that day.

An inquest opening on Friday (July 29) at Oxford Coroner’s Court heard that family had been concerned for her welfare and attended her address where she was found.
A post-mortem examination has been carried out and a medical cause of death has been provided as multidrug toxicity including morphine, methadone and cocaine.
It was heard that Ms Gibbs was in ill health at the time of her death was taking a break from working.
A full inquest will take place on October 30 at 12.15pm.
