A CCTV image has been released after a person was reportedly filming through a neighbour's bedroom window during the middle of the night.
It is understood the offender was standing outside a flat in Upper Heyford with their phone in their hand recording a neighbour through their bedroom window on Friday (July 26) at around 3.40am.
