The cheapest streets in Oxford have been revealed according to new data.

Sales company Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the lowest-priced homes are located across Oxford postcodes.

The only street that had an average price of under £85k is somewhat unsurprisingly the cheapest place to live in Oxford.

On David Steel Close in Headington (OX3), a total of three properties sold for an average of £84,250.

Osberton Road (OX2) makes the top two and is the only other street on the list to come under the £90k threshold as five properties sold for an average of £86,800.

Of the rest of the streets in Oxford, the cheapest on average was Atwater House in the Armstrong Road area (OX4) which saw five properties sell for an average of £91,175.

The Armstrong Road area (OX4) also made the next two entries as Wilson House and Standford House came in at £141,306 and £142,912 respectively after 20 sales at each.

If you want to purchase a property at Tumbling Bay Court (OX2), you would be looking at being set back approximately £143,995 according to 12 sales.

Blackburn Close in Headington (OX3) is ranked next on the list coming in at £162,791 following the sales of three homes.

Similarly, according to 10 properties, Shotover View in the Craufurd Road area (OX4) averages at around £166,350.

Rounding off the list is Rose Hill (OX4) coming in at £181,666 after three sales and London Road in Headington (OX3) at £197,916 following 12 sales.
