A DRIVER has been ordered to pay over £3,000 after being caught speeding on the motorway.
Neil Burroughs, of Greys Green, Henley, was caught on January 11 this year speeding on the M1 southbound between junctions 15 and 14.
The 52-year-old was recorded driving at 65 miles per hour in a 40 miles per hour speed limit zone. The Ford driver was caught on an automatic speed camera.

At Northampton Magistrates’ Court on July 23, he pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was fined £2,307.
Five penalty points were also added to his driving record.
Burroughs was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £922 and court costs of £90.
The total amount to pay is £3,319 by the end of August.
