POLICE are waiting for a decision from the Crown Prosecution Service after an investigation into the death of three teenagers in a car crash.
Passengers, Elliot Pullen, 17, Daniel Hancock, 18 and Ethan Goddard, 18 all died in the early hours of June 20 last year after a BMW crashed into a tree in Frilford Road.
The driver, named locally as Tom, was hospitalised with life-threatening injuries but was released just before Christmas.

Thames Valley Police confirmed in December that no arrests have been made and that an investigation continues.
Now, a spokesperson for the force has confirmed that the investigation has concluded and a file has been sent to the CPS.
The statement read: “On this one a file has been sent to the Crown Prosecution Service and we await a decision from them.”
It is unknown how long the CPS will take to reach a decision and whether anyone will be charged.
Following the incident, widespread tributes poured in for the boys.

For days afterwards, All Saints Church in Marcham kept its doors open until 9pm. Inside, at the head of the central aisle, a two-tiered circular stand bore an array of small candles.
GoFundMe pages were also set up with more thousands donated.
The Oxford Mail has gone to the CPS for a comment.
