Matei Marin, of no fixed abode, was due to appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (July 25) for his trial hearing.
The 35-year-old has been charged with one count of exposure but denied the offence. He was due to stand trial at the lower courts.

He is accused of intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress on April 1 this year in Carterton.
However, as Marin failed to attend his court hearing, the courts have now issued an arrest warrant without bail.
It is unknown how long it will take police to locate Marin and when he will next be in court.
