A WARRANT for arrest has been issued for a man accused of causing serious injury by careless driving.
Dennis Amoah, of Charlbury Road, Oxford, was due to appear in Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (July 24) for his first hearing.
However, the driver failed to attend.
The 36-year-old has been charged with one count of causing serious injury by careless/inconsiderate driving.

He is accused of injuring a woman on the Iffley Road in Oxford on September 7 last year while driving a BMW.
If guilty, Amoah could face a disqualification and/or a fine.
Due to his failure to attend his court hearing, a warrant for arrest without bail has been issued by the courts.
It is unknown when he will next be due in court.
