JAMES WOOLFORD, 44, of Anson Walk, Shinfield, pleaded guilty to one count of drug driving on the A34, Oxford on February 11 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £215. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £86.

JAMES SINCLAIR, 39, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating in Kidlington on June 15 this year. He was given a period of conditional discharge for six months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

KAMIL KARAS, 27, of Mayfair Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Ploughley Road, Ambrosden on June 28 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

DANIEL JORDAN, 31, of Pelican Place, Eynsham, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug on October 20 last year in Chertsey, Surrey. He was fined £100 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £40.

SEAN KENNEDY, 36, of Honours Mead, Hemel Hempstead, pleaded guilty to drug driving on the M30 southbound near Bicester. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £807. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £323.

MATTHEW STURGEON, 23, of Mary Shunn Way, Wantage, pleaded guilty to drug driving in White Road, East Hendred on February 11 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £392.

JOANNE COUGHLAN, 47, of George Street, Banbury, indicated guilty from one count of theft from aa shop in Banbury on May 29. She stole cat food to the value of £45.99 from Croft pet store. She pleaded guilty to two counts of vehicle interference in Banbury on February 26 and April 29. She pleaded guilty to two further counts of theft from a shop, on April 29 in Banbury she stole £91.98 worth of cat food from the same store, on June 6 she stole £24.99 headphones from HMV. She also pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from a motor vehicle on January 15 and April 29, stealing cash to an unknown value. She also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on July 4. Coughlan was given a community order to complete six months of drug rehabilitation treatment and was fined £100. There were no other orders for costs.
