ARBER NEZA, 44, of School View, Banbury, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Beaumont Street, Oxford on December 15 last year in a black Audi A4. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There was a victim surcharge of £48 but no other orders for costs.

EDWIN SAPSFORD, 23, of Buckingham Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count each of attempted theft from a shop and theft from a shop. On July 12 in Bassett Avenue, Bicester he attempted to steal three bottles of wine and four bottles of washing detergent to the value of £53.75. On July 7, in the same place, he stole three boxes of cat food to the value of £10.10. He was jailed for two weeks and ordered to pay £10.10 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

MICHAEL POOLEY, 34, of Vincent Close, Bristol, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Henbury on November 2 last year, possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on the same day, and driving without third party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the cannabis. There were court costs of £85.

PATRICK REILLY, 45, of New Road, East Hagbourne, pleaded guilty to harassment without violence. Between January 19 and January 29 this year, he harassed a woman through sending multiple unwanted contact. He also indicated guilty to harassment with fear of violence between December 1 and March 22 to another woman by sending multiple unwanted contact via phone calls and voicemails, threatening violence. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and made subject to a restraining order. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

HANNAH MANZEL, 44, of Barton Village Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on the Eastern-Bypass road in Oxford on January 8 this year. She was given a community order to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. She was also disqualified from driving for 17 months. There were court costs of £85 and victim surcharge of £114.

MARK JANES, 35, of Northfield Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in London Road, Headington on February 11 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.
