Five music acts will perform in Banbury's Market Place this Friday for one of the town's most popular events.
Jack Halls, Lake Acacia, Black Neon Fuzz, Cold Blue Daze, and The SKAlectrics will take to the stage from 5.30pm to 10.30pm for Banbury Music Mix.
The night will kick off with Jack Halls, a mainstay of the town's live music scene, who will perform his own music and covers.
Following him will be Lake Acacia, who reflect rock genres such as prog, alt, and metal and use synth strings, bass, drums, and other instruments
They are set to release a new single, ‘We Don’t Want You Now’, on the day of the event.
Black Neon Fuzz, the brainchild of Banbury-born Joe Bruce, will then perform a mixture of original songs and covers.
Following them, Cold Blue Daze will set the late-night party atmosphere with their energetic covers of songs old and new.
Finally, ska band The SKAlectrics will conclude the night with high-energy tracks.
Food and drink stalls, hot food and refreshments will be available for attendees throughout the event.
The Banbury Music Mix is the result of a joint effort between Banbury Town Council and Robert Dainty of Banbury Music Mix Radio.
The council said it "looks forward to once again welcoming residents to Market Place to enjoy some of the best talent Banbury has to offer".
