JUSTIN LEWINGTON, 51, of Upper Arncott, Bicester, pleaded guilty to driving dangerously on Ploughly Road, Upper Arncott on January 31 this year. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of treatment with Turning Point and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. They were also disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £135. There were court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £114.

SHAQUILLE LEWIS, 20, of Strawberry Path, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of an imitation firearm in a public place, namely Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford, on April 1 this year. He also pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, namely cannabis, on January 22, 2022, one count of assault an emergency officer, namely a prison officer, at HMP Bullingdon on November 20, 2022, and failing to surrender to court/police bail on February 26 this year. He was given a community order to complete six months of drug rehabilitation treatment and six months of mental health treatment and 20 days of a specified programme. He was also ordered to complete 10 days of rehabilitation activity days and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the imitation firearm. There were no orders for costs.

SAM DONALDSON, 49, of Leach Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Villiers Road, Bicester on February 7 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £461. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £184.

NICHOLAS BONHAM, 38, of Heathfield, Bletchingdon, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Kidlington on February 8 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

IAN GREENWOOD, 36, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to seven counts of theft from a shop, one count of burglary other than dwelling, and one count of failing to surrender to court/police bail on April 11 this year. On February 6, three times, February 7, 10 and 15, he stole goods to an unknown value from the Co-Op in High Street, Steventon. On March 1, he trespassed Court Farm Road, Oxford and stole a black and decker drill and bamse saw to the value of £169. On February 28, he stole goods to an unknown value from the Co-Op in London Road, Headington. He was jailed for 16 weeks. There were court costs of £170.
