"Huge thanks to our amazing team, especially head chef Dave Thompson, as well as all our guests who have given us such brilliant feedback, and the Henley community which has been so welcoming to us since opening just a few months ago.”
The restaurant is based in the Relais Henley, a 40-room boutique hotel managed by the Relais Retreats group.
Mr Chapman’s earlier career saw him head the Michelin-starred kitchen at the Royal Oak in Paley Street, Maidenhead, before opening the Beehive, which he ran for nine years.
