Stars of Clarkson’s Farm were spotted mingling with the public at Jeremy Clarkson’s new Oxfordshire pub.

The former Top Gear host recently purchased The Windmill which is nestled in five acres of countryside near Burford.

Mr Clarkson reportedly paid “less than £1 million” for the watering hole but discovered shortly afterwards the nearby area was a dogging hotspot.

The star teased the pub may not open until later this year but shocked fans as videos were posted online showing the presenter pouring pints inside.

In the Instagram clip, Mr Clarkson said: "Well, we've accidentally opened our pub before it is kind of finished."

Asked what was going on, he said they hadn't planned to open their doors for another "four or five weeks”, adding: "It's going to be many weeks before we've got it open, but by mistake, we've got very many people in here."

Yet it was not only Mr Clarkson there from the Prime Video hit show Clarkson’s Farm as co-star Kaleb Copper was also present for the shock opening.

The 26-year-old was spotted at the bar of the new pub nursing a pint of the new Hawkstone Hedgerow Cider in a video posted to the alcohol brand's official Instagram page.

Asked what he was drinking today, Mr Cooper responded: “Hedgerow today.

“I had a few whiskers last night followed by a few Hawkstone Ciders so I thought I’d go for a bit of a child’s drink and drink Vimto.”
