TWENTY-FOUR years after the death of a man who was struck after falling from a lorry on the M40, he has still not been identified.
The male, who is believed by police to have only just entered the UK, fell from the lorry on the M40 near Great Milton on or around January 26, 2000.
It is believed he was trying to attract attention which caused him to fall. It is unknown why he was trying to attract attention.

The male, described as being aged between 17 or 30, was found on January 26, twenty-four years ago. However, it is unknown if the incident happened on that day or earlier.
However, his identity has never been confirmed.
A police sketch of the man has been uploaded to the UK Missing Persons Unit database in the hopes that someone will recognise him.
Police have described his ethnicity as ‘dark European’ and his build as ‘medium’. His height is recorded at 5ft 6incs and his hair as dark brown and short.

The clothing he was found in was also described as a black nylon jacket, blue jeans, a heavily studded black leather belt, and unknown footwear.
People who believe they may know or recognise the male is encouraged to report the information to the police database, which includes hundreds of missing people cases across the UK.
