AN Oxfordshire man has been accused of being drunk on a plane at Heathrow.
Joseph Robb, of Station Approach, Banbury, appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (July 17) charged with several offences related to a Virgin Atlantic flight he boarded in London.
The 35-year-old is accused of, on Tuesday (July 16), getting on the flight drunk, smoking inside the aircraft, and refusing to turn back to seat when asked.

Robb is also charged with using threatening, abusive, insulting words/behaviour towards another passenger.
After his hearing, his case has been adjourned to be heard again at the same court at a later date.
It is unknown where the flight was heading to and whether Robb had been asked to leave the flight or not.
