Banbury's Town Mayor's Fun Day drew large crowds with a full day of entertainment at People's Park.
Last Sunday, attendees from across town and beyond enjoyed great weather conditions and a variety of activities, many of which were free of charge.
Highlights included axe-throwing, crazy golf, rock climbing and a ferret racing stall.
Meanwhile, the Fun Dog Show, a partnership between Banbury Town Council and local charity Dogs for Good, provided free entertainment, while dog owners could participate with their pets for a small fee.
The Town Mayor, Cllr Mark Cherry, was present throughout the day.
He said: "The Banbury Town Mayor Fun Day was fun, glad the people of Banbury enjoyed it, the weather was fantastic.
"Special thanks to town council staff and store organisers who made the event possible."
There were also paid activities including go-karts and funfair rides, and a variety of food and drink vendors.
Lennie, the Land Train, proved to be one of the most popular attractions, providing guests with a leisurely ride around the park.
The day's festivities concluded at 4.30pm giving attendees plenty of time to catch the historic Euros Final.
For those who missed the Fun Day, the Town Council promises more summer events in the coming months.
