Multiple police officers have been spotted on their bicycles preparing for the European Political Community Summit at Blenheim Palace on Thursday.
Sir Keir Starmer will host more than 45 leaders from neighbouring countries in Woodstock with a heavy police presence preparing for when the dignitaries arrive in the town.
Thames Valley Police said in a statement on Wednesday afternoon that a tactical cycling team has been out and about in West Oxfordshire to prepare so they can quickly respond to incidents at locations that may not be accessible by car.
