LEWIS CAVE, 30, of Hennings Park Road, Poole, Wokingham, was found guilty of three counts of assault by beating in Tilehurst, Reading of two victims on August 18 last year as well as one count of threatening violence to enter a secure premise on the same day. He was given a community order to complete 27 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There were court costs of £300 and a victim surcharge of £114.
ANDREW ADAMS, 36, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class A drug, namely a quantity of cocaine, on February 4 this year in Oxford as well as one count of possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, on the same day. He also pleaded guilty to resisting arrest on the same day in Oxford. He was fined £200 in total and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There were no other orders for costs.
PATRICK STOKES, 19, of Nowell Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive, or insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause another person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them in Oxford on November 4 last year. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 60 days as well as to complete 35 rehabilitation activity days. He was fined £100. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
MARTIN STOKES, 22, of Queensway, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive, or insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause another person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them in Oxford on November 4 last year. He was given a community order to abstain from alcohol for 60 days and complete up to 40 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also fined £100. There were court costs of £85.
DAVID PAINTIN, 43, of St Clements Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to committing fraud by false representation after using a card not belonging to him to pay for goods up to £31.99 in a store in Oxford on February 2 last year. He was given a community order to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment and six days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay £31.99 in compensation. There were court costs of £85.
