PETER CURRIE, 46, of Pound Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of theft at Templars Shopping Park in Oxford on April 11 this year by stealing a Tassimo Coffee Machine to the value of £109 from Asda. He also pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on June 4 this year. He was jailed for 14 days and ordered to pay £109 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

AARON FRANKLIN, 32, of Ball Lane, Tackley, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Bicester on February 5 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £200. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £80.

ANDREW MOYES, 45, of Kingfisher Green, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving in Oxford on September 6 last year. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £162. There were court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £65.

TARVINDER SINGH, 47, of Burns Way, Hounslow, pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver when required to do so by police between November 2 and November 30 last year in Banbury. He was fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

CARLOS CARVALHO, 50, of Market Place, Henley, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Hart Street, Henley, on January 13 this year with 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £600. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £240.

JAMIE CLARK, 34, of Clarence Road, Henley, pleaded guilty to one count of burglary other than a dwelling after stealing £62 in cash from WHSmith in Henley on February 6 this year as well as one count of assault by beating of a woman on the same day. He was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to complete 12 months of drug rehabilitation treatment and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to pay £62 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

DALE NISBET, 41, of Cowley Road, Littlemore, pleaded guilty to one count of assault of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, in Goring on June 18 this year. He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There were court costs of £85.
