A boy had been hit by a car in a hit and run incident in Oxfordshire.
The collision happened at approximately 3.15pm on Wednesday, July 10, when the boy was crossing the A40 near Eynsham.
The 15-year-old fell into the road and was struck by a passing vehicle resulting in him being taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Thames Valley Police report that the driver of the vehicle did not stop at the scene and the boy has since been discharged from hospital.

The vehicle is described as a small light blue car, possibly a Ford.
Thames Valley Police has now made a public appeal for more information to help with their ongoing enquiries.
The force has asked for witnesses to come forward following the road traffic collision which saw the 15-year-old boy injured and hospitalised.
Investigating officer PC David Burleigh, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “Thankfully, the boy involved in this collision sustained only minor injuries.

“However, the vehicle involved did not stop at the scene, and I am urging the driver of this vehicle to please contact Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting reference 43240327069.
“I would also appeal to anybody who witnessed this collision or who may have dash-cam footage to please get in touch.”
