A driver was halted by police in Oxfordshire after forgetting a crucial detail.
The incident happened on Thursday afternoon while Thames Valley Police’s Bicester Neighbourhood Team were on patrol in Oxfordshire.
Officers came across a driver who was towing a trailer and stopped the vehicle to carry out checks, finding an issue.
The trailer was not registered and led to the police officers giving advice to the driver.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “PC Little was joined today by PC Cooper from Bicester Neighbourhood Team.
“Whilst on patrol, they stopped this trailer near Eynsham, Oxfordshire. Checks confirmed that it was all in order but was not registered.
“Advise was given regarding The Equipment Registry & Datatag.”
