CHRISTOPHER LLOYD, 54, of Reading Road, Henley, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment without violence between February 14 and November 23 last year in Henley by sending a woman unwanted emails. He was given a 12 week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. He was also ordered to abstain from alcohol for 90 days, complete 30 days of a specified programme and complete five rehabilitation activity days. He was also made subject to a restraining order. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

SIVAKUMAR POOLOGASUNDARAM, 51, of Largewood Avenue, Surbiton, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault by beating in Abingdon on December 2 last year. He was given a community order to complete up to 27 days of rehabilitation activity and 100 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

NATHAN LAW, 41, of Westcroft, Chippenham, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Avebury on September 7 last year as well as one count each of driving while disqualified and driving without third-party insurance on the same day. He was disqualified from driving for five years and handed a 28-day prison sentence. There were no orders for costs.

CRUZ CASTELLANOS, 51, of Greenfinch Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Grenoble Road, Oxford on January 26 this year. They were disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

JOSS FITCH, 27, of London Road, Blewbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on June 19 this year in McDonalds car park in Milton with 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. They were disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks, and fined £250. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £100.

DEAN HEWITT, 40, of Croft Road, Nuneaton, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on the M4O southbound near junction 8a as well as one count of driving without third-party insurance. He was given a community order to complete 26 days of a specified programme and five days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. There were court costs of £300 and a victim surcharge of £114.
