MUSAB MUHAMMED, 55, of Colemans Hill, Headington, pleaded guilty to drink driving on the M40 near Bucknell on December 14 last year with 208 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £305. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £122.

NATHAN LAW, 41, of HMP Bullingdon near Bicester, pleaded guilty to assault of an emergency worker, namely a prison officer, at HMP Bullingdon on September 12 last year. He was jailed for 56 days which is to run consecutively to his current sentence imposed on September 8 last year at Swindon Crown Court. There were no orders for costs.

DANIEL BOWEN, 37, of Rounds Road, Worcester, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage after damaging an iPhone to the value of £99.99 in Mulberry Drive, Bicester on January 19 this year. He was given a community order to complete 30 days of a specified programme and five days of rehabilitation activity. He was also ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and to pay £99.99 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

LEWIS GRANT, 32, of Blacklands Sparsholt, Wantage, pleaded guilty to two counts of drug driving on the A41 near Bicester on January 27 this year. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £500. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

ANITA BETTLE, 58, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop after stealing toys, an umbrella and a desk fan to the value of £82.95 from Waterstones Bookstores in Oxford on June 1 this year. They were ordered to pay £82.95 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

SIMON HAWKINS, 36, of Wokingham Road, Bracknell, pleaded guilty to one count of theft from a shop after stealing different items to the value of £100 from a Tesco Express store in Cholsey on June 10 this year. He was ordered to pay £100 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

CHLOE JUDET, 32, of Guild Close, Witney, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Witney on June 15 this year with 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £300. There were court costs of £85.
