A DRIVER has pleaded guilty to driving dangerously on the first day of his trial.
Everton Mair, 49, was due to stand trial at Oxford Crown Court on Monday (July 8) charged with one count each of dangerous driving and damaging property.
The court heard that on March 12 this year in Hastings Close, Banbury, Mair had been driving dangerously in a Volvo V40 when he damaged a Jeep Compass belonging to Enterprise Rent A Car.

Mair was due to stand trial for the counts but instead pleaded guilty to both offences in front of Judge Nigel Daly.
The defendant, of Park Road North, Birmingham, is now due back in court on August 5 for a decision to made on his case.
