Firefighters discovered a number of cannabis plants at a home while responding to a blaze at the property.
Several cannabis plants were found at the property on Merlin Road in Blackbird Leys on Wednesday (July 3) after fire crews were called to the residential area.
Police officers then attended the property and the plants have since been removed from the home as an investigation has been launched.

One resident, who asked to remain anonymous, said police officers, fire crews and forensics remained at the scene on Friday (July 5) at around 7.45 pm.
No arrests have been made, the force has confirmed.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson, said: “Thames Valley Police was called by Oxford Fire and Rescue Service to a property in Merlin Road, Blackbird Leys, on Wednesday (July 3) following the discovery of a number of cannabis plants at the location.
“The force is investigating the incident and the plants have been removed."
The Oxford Mail has approached Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue for comment.
