A DRIVER has been disqualified for six months after failing to provide information to police when required.
Ali Malik, of Stainer Place, Oxford, appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on June 27 charged with one count of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver/rider of a vehicle when required.
The 39-year-old was stopped in Bradford on November 22 last year and was asked for their identity after being suspected of committing a road traffic offence.

Malik was found guilty in absence at the court and was fined £770. They were also disqualified for six months due to repeat offending.
There were also court costs of £110 and a victim surcharge of £308.
The total amount is £1,188.
