GAVIN KING, 47, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a community order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on March 1 by failing to attend two planned office appointments. He was fined £25. There were no other orders for costs.
ELLIS LAWRENCE, 32, of Warburg Crescent, Oxford, pleaded guilty to breaching a community order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 1 last year by failing to attend unpaid work appointments on two occasions. He was fined £50. There were no other orders for costs.
DECLAN MILLS, 30, of Blackbird Leys Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to a community order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on December 7 last year by failing to attend two planned office appointments. He was fined £450. There were no other orders for costs.
IBRAHIM REGISFORD, 20, of Banbury Court, Abingdon, a community order made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on July 27, 2022 by failing to attending two unpaid work appointments. He was fined £150. There were also court costs of £60.
SHANE BOWERS, 32, of Tyrrells Way, Sutton Courtenay, pleaded guilty to breaching a suspended sentence made at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on February 2 this year by failing to comply with the conditions of the Alcohol Abstinence Monitoring requirement by not supplying alcohol readings on three occasions. He was given a 20 week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. He must also complete nine months of drug rehabilitation treatment and 27 days of rehabilitation activity. His original offence was assault by beating of an emergency worker.
ANDREW SILVER, 41, of Queens Road, Carterton, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with the supervision requirements imposed at Oxford Magistrates Court on May 4 this year by failing to keep in touch with his supervisor. He was fined £50. There were no other orders for costs.
KRZYSZTOF ZAKRZEWSKI, 66, of Bath Street, Rugby, was found guilty in absence of driving a HGV vehicle on the B4031 when its gross laden weight exceeded the maximum permitted gross weight on October 18 last year. He was fined £440. There were also court costs of £440.
JOHN ABOLONGA, 18, of Teesdale Road, Slough, was found guilty in absence of entering Oxford Railway Station on January 14 without going through the right automatic ticket barrier. He was also found guilty in absence of travelling from London Marylebone and Aylesbury without paying a £19.90 ticket on January 14 this year. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £19.90 in compensation. There were court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £88.
