A MURDER trial has been adjourned for a third day as a jury is set home for a second time.
Janaed Akhtar, 40, is on trial at Oxford Crown Court after being charged with the murder of Neil Comins in their shared home in Cope Road, Banbury, on Wednesday, January 3.
He is accused of attacking Mr Comins, 39, with a baseball bat.
The victim died the following day, with a pathologist later giving his cause of death as traumatic brain injury.

Akhtar has denied the offence.
The trial started on Monday (July 1) but was adjourned on Tuesday and Wednesday (July 2 and 3) for legal reasons.
No evidence was presented to the jury.
The trial is expected to resume on Thursday morning (July 4).
