Aston Rowant clinched The Oxford Times Cherwell League Division 1 title when virtually the whole of the final day's league programme was washed out.
In fact, Rowant were one of the few teams to start their match. They reached 225-9 against Oxford 2nd before rain ended play.
Rowant won the league by 11 points fronm Bicester & North Oxford and Cumnor.
The only result achieved in the league came in Division 2 when Milton Keynes beat Abingdon Vale by six wickets to pip Dinton for the title.
