A three-wheeled electric cargo bike was stolen after the lock was sawn off.
An individual locked up the bike up for half an hour on Stratford Road in Rose Hill Estate in Oxford at 2.30pm on Thursday May 23.
In this time, the lock was sawn off and the bike, which has a cargo box on the front, was taken.
Police are releasing images of two individuals who they believe could have important information relating to the theft.
Staff investigator Susan Glass said: “We are appealing to anyone who may recognise these individuals in the image to get in touch as they may have vital information about this incident."
