The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates' Court:

RORY PATTERSON, 24, of Earl Stock Avenue, Didcot, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Abingdon on June 3 this year with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks, and fined £461. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £184.
CORAN BATEMAN, 37, of Mill Close, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to driving without third party insurance and driving without a licence in Banbury Road, Deddington on June 18 this year. He was disqualified from driving for three months and fined £150. There were no other orders for costs.
ADAM MANKOWSKI, 20, of Edmunds Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely JT Davies Pub in Banbury, on June 2 this year as well as possession of a Class B drug, namely a quantity of cannabis, and one count of common assault of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, on the same day. He was fined £500 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the cannabis. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.
MARK MCCLAREN, 49, of The Millards, Kintbury, pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to court/police bail on June 18 this year. He was fined £50. There were court costs of £70 and a victim surcharge of £20.
KIERAN DASH, 45, of Whitworth Place, Jericho, Oxford, pleaded guilty to causing without a reasonable excuse on an NHS premise a nuisance/disturbance at the John Radcliffe Hospital on April 3 this year. He also pleaded guilty to using threatening/abusive words/behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress on April 2 in Oxford. He was fined £!60. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £64.
ANDZELIKA BALSYTE, 39, of Yarrow Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to using a hand-held mobile phone while driving in Abingdon Road, Oxford on May 10 this year. He was fined £153 and had six penalty points added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £61.
TIAGO VASCONCELOS, 30, of Woodley Green, Witney, pleaded guilty to failing to give information in relation to the driver of a vehicle between October 3 and October 31 last year in Banbury and one count of speeding on September 22 last year. He was fined £72. There were court costs of £90 and a victim surcharge of £72.
