The 28-year-old was accused of sexually assaulting a woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, on August 9, 2022 in Witney town centre after meeting her in a snooker bar.
However, he was found not guilty of both counts on Friday (June 28).
The RAF employee is still due to be sentenced on August 8 for one count of sexual assault against the same woman which he was previously found guilty of.
